General Information
Confirmation & Exhibitor Packets
- Two Name Tags: will be provided for booth staffing.
- Free Networking Barbeque: is open to you and your staff on Saturday evening from 4 pm-6 pm. Cash Bar.
- Free-standing Displays: may be used if they fit within the dimensions of the booth.
- Exhibitor Listings: a business expo directory will be provided to all attendees.
- Food Court: If you’re interested in selling food as part of the food court, please note it on your registration form. We will be in touch with you to discuss the specifics. If you need electric, please make sure to add it to your registration.
- Not-for-Profits: Please contact us for special “table-top” rates. Tables must be attended during expo hours.
Booth Information
8’ x 8’ skirted booth with company sign, 2 chairs, back & side drapes.
Booth Fees:
Non-Chamber member: $275
Harlem Valley Chamber Member: $225
Electricity additional: $40
Early Registration Discount for Harlem Valley Chamber members: (pre-pay by June 30, 2008) $200 per booth, plus electric.
Confirmation Packets:
Will be mailed upon receipt of registration and will include:
- Promotional fliers for display or distribution
- Raffle tickets (to sell for door prizes)
Exhibitor Packets:
Will be provided to you upon arrival at the expo and will include:
- Listing of exhibitors vents
- Schedule of events
- Name tags
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Amount paid less 10% cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked,emailed, or faxed by March 15, 2009.
- A 50% fee will be applied for cancellations received between 3/16/09 & 4/5/09.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 4/6/09.

Breakdown of booths begins.
Trade Expo Policy: You may not leave or begin packing up your booth prior to 4 pm. If you choose to do so, you will not be invited back the following year.
All registrations must be accompanied by payment in full. Reservations are not held without payments. The Harlem Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to limit the size of the show and to assign exhibitor booth locations.

You can complete your Harlem Valley Expo 2009 registration through one of two methods:
