Benefits of Membership
Business Advocacy: We’re the voice for businesses here in the Harlem Valley. We work closely with legislators and elected officials on key issues that impact our valley.
Tourism Promotion: We work closely with local tourist attractions in the Harlem Valley to package events with businesses that bring shoppers to our towns.
Brochure Distribution: Give us your brochure/fliers and we’ll include them in the over 100 tourist packets we send out each year. We only include information on our members and local non-profits.
Email Blasts: Let members know what’s happening at your business through our monthly email blasts. Sponsor the blast for $20 and get a banner ad on the email and a link to your website.
Website Advertising: Let the web do the advertising for you. We now offer website advertising to our members for a small fee of $25 a month. Banner ads are $100 a month. Remember your directory listing is Free and includes a link to your website!
Referrals: We receive lots of calls each month from tourists to residents seeking information on events and business referrals. Many times we are the first contact for tourists. We'd love to tell them about your business. Remember we only refer members and local non-profits.
Networking & Social Events: Monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm.
Business After Hours: Join members each month for networking after hours at a member business. Call today to host your Business After Hours Event.
Ribbon Cuttings: Starting a new business or hosting a grand opening? Then call the Chamber and let us help you get organized. We supply the ribbon, the BIG scissors, and we take plenty of photographs that we give to you and post on our Chamber website.
Seminars: We want to help your business grow. Our quarterly business seminars will offer you a chance to hear some of the latest business trends and ideas. Email us your suggestions for seminar topics.
Member-to-Member Discounts: Sign-up today for our member-to-member discount program. Offer a discount to your fellow chamber members and encourage shopping local.
Health Insurance: We offer health insurance through Employee Benefits Management Group/Rose & Kiernan Inc.
To become a member of the Harlem Valley Chamber of Commerce Member
You can complete your membership application through one of two methods:
- ONLINE: To pay for your membership online ($100 - using PayPal), fill out the application below and click submit. On the Membership Application Confirmation page click the "Complete Membership Now" button to pay using your credit card.
- VIA SNAILMAIL: To pay by check or money order, download, print and send the Membership Application with your check for $100.
